Aaron Nola is an American professional baseball player. A pitcher, he plays for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Aaron is the son of Stacie and A.J. Nola. His brother is professional baseball player Austin Nola. He is an Evangelical Christian. He is married, and has a daughter.
Aaron’s paternal grandfather was Vincent John Nola (the son of Biagio Nola and Francesca Conception Caruso). Vincent’s parents were Italian, from Sicily.
Aaron’s paternal grandmother was Sarah Amelia Modicut (the daughter of Joseph Blaise Modicut, Jr. and Josephine Sedita). Joseph was the son of Giuseppe Joseph Biaggio Blaise Modica and Anna Maria Mary Miceli. Josephine was the daughter of Giuseppe Joseph Sedita and Filippa Felicia Effie Taravella.
