Her father, Didier Exarchopoulos, is a restaurateur at the Palais omnisports de Paris-Bercy, film producer, and president of 1660 Productions. Her mother, Marina Niquet, is a nurse. She has a son with her former partner, Mali-born rapper Doums (Mamadou Coulibaly).

Adèle’s maternal grandfather was named Emile Niquet.

Adèle’s maternal grandmother was Geneviève Chevrant-Breton (the daughter of Paul Jean Nestor Chevrant and Marie Thérèse Nancy Clémentine Breton). Paul was the son of Charles Auguste Léon Chevrant and Jeanne Marie Françoise Tercinet. Marie Thérèse was the daughter of Philippe André Breton and Adrienne Marie Thérèse Riondel.
