Adolfo Rodríguez Saá is an Argentinian politician. A member of the Justicialist Party, he served as President of Argentina , from 23 December, 2001 to 30 December, 2001. He was previously Governor of San Luis, from December 10, 1983 to December 22, 2001, among other duties.

President Rodríguez Saá was the son of Lilia Esther (Páez Montero) and Carlos Juan Rodríguez Saá y Rodríguez Jurado.

President Rodríguez Saá’s ancestry includes Spanish/Galician, as well as distant Basque, remote Azorean Portuguese, and at least one documented Indigenous ancestor, from the Ecuadorean Quitu tribe.

The Saá family in South America is sometimes said to be Palestinian Arab in origin. However, President Rodríguez Saá’s “Saá” line originates with his great-great-great-grandfather, José de Saá, who was born in Galicia, Spain.

President Rodríguez Saá’s paternal grandfather was Adolfo Rodríguez Saá (the son of José Elías Rodríguez and Feliciana Saá Reta). Feliciana was the daughter of Francisco Saá Dominguez and Margarita Reta.

President Rodríguez Saá’s paternal grandmother was Paula Rodríguez Jurado (the daughter of Juan Carlos Rodriguez and Demofila Jurado Domínguez). Juan Carlos was the son of José Elías Rodríguez Orduña and María Nicolasa Dominguez Alba. Demofila was the daughter of Zacarías Jurado Molina and María Inés Domínguez Alba.
