She is the daughter of Maggie Johnson (Margaret Neville Johnson) and actor and filmmaker Clint Eastwood (Clinton Eastwood). Her brother is jazz musician Kyle Eastwood , and her half-siblings include actress and makeup artist Kimber Eastwood ; actor and model Scott Eastwood , actress, model, and television personality Francesca Eastwood ; and actress Morgan Eastwood .
Alison is married to chainsaw carving sculptor Stacy Poitras.
