Andrew Holness is a Jamaican politician. He has been Prime Minister of Jamaica , since 3 March, 2016, and previously, from 23 October, 2011 to 5 January, 2012; and Leader of the Jamaica Labour Party, since 20 November, 2011. He has also been Minister of Education, from 11 September, 2007 to 1 January, 2012, Leader of the Opposition, from 5 January, 2012 to 3 March, 2016, and Chairman of the Caribbean Community, from 1 July, 2025 to 31 December, 2025; as well as, a Member of Parliament for Saint Andrew West Central, since 18 December, 1997.
Andrew is married to motivational speaker and real estate agent Juliet Holness (née Landell), with whom he has two children.
