Andy Greene is an American professional ice hockey player. A defenseman, he played for the New Jersey Devils, whom he also captained, and the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League (NHL); and was with the U.S. national team.
Andy is the son of Linda and David Greene. He is married to Rachel, with whom he has two children.
Greene’s paternal grandparents were Raymond Haskel Greene (the son of Etta Cornelia and Adam Clark Greene) and Mary Katherine Phillips (the daughter of Jeremiah E. Phillips and Mary Catherine Hotchkiss).
