Anja Nissen is a Danish-Australian singer, songwriter, and actress. She is the winner of the third series of The Voice in Australia. She represented Denmark in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017.
Anja’s parents are Danish. Anja’s father, Birger Nissen, is an entrepreneur, who co-founded Vegmasters in 1986. Anja’s mother, Betina (Østergaard), now runs the company.
Anja’s maternal grandfather was named Egon Østergaard.
Anja’s maternal grandmother was named Grethe.
