Asa Germann is an American actor. He has starred as Sam Riordan on the shows Gen V and The Boys ; and co-starred in the film Scream 7 .
He is the son of actors Christine Mourad and Greg Germann . His father was born under the surname Berger, and took the surname of his stepfather, Edward Germann.
Asa’s paternal grandfather was Maurice Albert Berger (the son of Alex Berger and Opal Rose). Maurice was born in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Alex was a Jewish emigrant, who was born in Ptrukša, Michalovce, Košice, Slovakia, the son of Kalman Berger and Helen Abrahamovics. Asa’s great-great-grandparents Kalman and Helen were killed in the Holocaust, in Auschwitz, in 1944. Kalman was born in Ptrukša, the son of Samuel Berger and Amalia Guttman. Helen was born in Nagykapos, Zakarpats’ka, Ukraine, the daughter of Herman Abrahamovics and Czili Guttman. Asa’s great-grandmother Opal was born in Stigler, Haskell, Oklahoma, the daughter of James Lincoln Rose and Letha Ann Amanda.
