Ashley Scott is an American actress and model.
She is the daughter of Andrea, an administrative assistant, and Joe Scott, a nurse. She has two children with her former husband, English pop singer and actor Steve Hart, of Worlds Apart.
Ashley’s paternal grandfather likely was Joseph Sherwin Scott (the son of Thomas James Scott and Ellafradia Frances Norbeck). Joseph was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Thomas was the son of Irish immigrants, Patrick Scott and Euphemia Flood. Ellafradia was the daughter of David Norbeck and Isabella Chester, and likely had deep roots in the U.S.
Ashley’s paternal grandmother likely was Jane Gray (the daughter of Charles T. B. Gray and Margaret A. Flood). Jane was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ashley’s maternal grandmother was Margaret/Margrette Elizabeth Dow (the son of Wilmot Edwards Dow and Katherine May Coleman). Margaret was born in Presque Isle, Maine, and had partly deep American roots. Wilmot was the son of Wilmot Sewall Dow and Elizabeth/Lizzie Anna Edwards. Katherine was the daughter of Henry Nelson Coleman and Margaret Isabelle McGilton.
