Bill Dickey was an American professional baseball player, and manager. A catcher, he played for the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball (MLB). He also managed the New York Yankees.
Bill was the son of Laura Ann (Chapman) and John Hardy Dickey. He was married to showgirl Violet Arnold, with whom he had a daughter.
