Breanna Stewart, full name Breanna Mackenzie Stewart, is an American professional basketball player. A power forward, she plays for the New York Liberty of the Woman’s National Basketball Association (WNBA); and Mist BC of the Unrivaled basketball league, the latter of which league she co-founded, with Napheesa Collier. She was previously with the Seattle Storm, Shanghai Baoshan Dahua, the Dynamo Kursk, UMMC Ekaterinburg, and Fenerbahçe. She is nicknamed “Stewie.” She is 6′4″.
Breanna is the daughter of Heather Baldwin. Her mother raised her as a single mother, until marrying Brian Stewart, who adopted her. Breanna is married to WNBA and EuroLeague Spanish professional basketball player Marta Xargay Casademont, with whom she has two children. Marta is from Girona, Spain.
