Breanne’s paternal grandfather was Everrett William Parhiala (the son of Thomas William Parhiala and Aina Aleksandra Mäki). Everrett was born in New Ipswich, New Hampshire. Thomas was the son of Finnish immigrants, Johan Fredrik Parhiala and Hulda Susanna Wainiopaa. Aina was also Finnish.
Breanne’s paternal grandmother was Lorraine Margaret Rosholt (the daughter of Edward Johannes Rosholt and Margaret Zikovitz). Lorraine was born in New Jersey. Edward was a Norwegian emigrant, from Lillehammer, Oppland, the son of Johan Alfred Røsholt and Eugenie Josefine Antonette Olsen. Breanne’s great-grandmother Margaret was the daughter of Hungarian emigrants, Alfons Zsitkovitz and Maria Theresia Kaplartsik, who was from Zipser Neudorf.
Breanne’s maternal grandfather was George Paul Marsan (the son of Pierre “Peter” Alexandre Marsan and Edna Carrier). George was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Pierre was a French-Canadian emigrant, from Roxton Falls, Acton, Quebec, the son of Cléophas Marsan and Marie Melanie Sedulie Bertrand. Edna was the daughter of French-Canadian immigrants, George Carrier and Rose Anna Bernard.
Breanne’s maternal grandmother was Rose Alma LaRoche (the daughter of Alfred LaRoche and Victorine Ward). Rose was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and was of mostly French-Canadian descent. Alfred was the son of Elusippe LaRoche and Marie Elise Hamel. Breanne’s great-grandmother Victorine was the daughter of John/Jean M. Ward, whose father may have been of British descent; and of Louise Quenault Canot.
