Carl Crawford is an American professional baseball player. A left fielder, he played for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays/Rays, the Boston Red Sox, and the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He is nicknamed “The Perfect Storm.”
Carl is the son of Leisha Crawford and Steve Burns. His cousin is professional baseball player J. P. Crawford. Carl has two children, including professional baseball player Justin Crawford, with Amy Freeman; a son with his former fiancée, fashionista Evelyn Lozada ; and a daughter with his former partner Gabriele Washington.
Carl’s maternal grandfather was named Henderson Crawford, Jr.
Carl’s maternal grandmother is Estella Marie Jackson (the daughter of Lewis Ted Jackson and Aubrey Brown).
