Christopher Knight is an American actor and businessperson. He is known for playing Peter Brady on the show The Brady Bunch , as well as The Brady Kids , The Brady Bunch Hour , and The Bradys ; and for his roles in the film Curfew (1989), on the shows Joe’s World , Another World , and The Bold and the Beautiful , and in the made-for-tv movies Diary of a Teenage Hitchhiker and Blending Christmas . He hosted Trivial Pursuit: America Plays . He has also been billed as Christopher A. Knight.
He is the son of Wilma and actor Edward Knight (born Edward Kozumplik). His father was born in New York, to Czech emigrants from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. His mother was born in New York, to Ashkenazi Jewish parents, and was of Russian Jewish and Austrian Jewish descent.
Christopher is married to Cara Kokenes.
Christopher’s paternal grandfather was Anthony/Anton/Antun Kozumplik (the son of George/Gjuro Kozumplik and Jana Holek). Anthony was born in either Moravia or Croatia, to Czech parents, from Veselí nad Moravou.
