Dagmara is the daughter of Aleksandra and Miroslaw Domińczyk, who was a leader in the Polish Solidarity movement. Her family moved to New York City in 1983, as asylum seekers. Her sister is actress Marika Domińczyk . Dagmara is married to actor Patrick Wilson , with whom she has two children, including model Kalin Wilson.
