Dallas Liu is an American actor and martial artist. He played Ruihua in the film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings , and has also appeared in the films Tekken (2009) and Underdog Kids , in the made-for-tv movie The Slumber Party (2023), and on the shows Legendary Dudas , The Who Was? Show , Pen15 , No Good Nick , Players , Avatar: The Last Airbender , and Sakamoto Days , the latter in voice prformance.

His mother is Chinese-Indonesian, from Jakarta. He practices Japanese Shotokan, and competed in the North American Sport Karate Association. He was raised in the San Gabriel Valley, California.
