Dan Crenshaw is an American politician, and former Navy SEAL. A Republican, he has been a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Texas, since January 3, 2019.
Dan was born in Aberdeen, Scotland, to American parents, Susan and Jim Crenshaw. He was raised in Katy, Texas, as well as Ecuador and Colombia, as his father was a petroleum engineer. He returned to the U.S. after high school. Dan is married to Tara Blake, with whom he has a daughter.
