Dewayne Turrentine, also known as “Syco Smoov,” is an American model, music producer, and rapper. He was a member of hip hop duo Quo, with Wade “Kaos” Robson.

Dewayne is often mistaken for being Blasian. He has no traceable Asian ancestry.
