Diego Sanchez is an American professional mixed martial artist. He has competed on the Super Lightweight division of Eagle Fighting Championship. He has appeared with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he won the Middleweight tournament of The Ultimate Fighter 1, and at King of the Cage, where he was the Welterweight Champion. He is one of two fighters to have competed in four different weight classes in the UFC. He has also performed Gaidojutsu and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is nicknamed “The Nightmare.”
Diego has a daughter with his former wife Bernadette Sanchez.
