His songs include “We Takin’ Over,” “I’m So Hood,” “Out Here Grindin,” “Go Hard,” “All I Do Is Win,” “I’m on One,” “No New Friends,” “Hold You Down,” “For Free,” “I Got the Keys,” “Do You Mind,” “I’m the One,” “Wild Thoughts,” “Top Off,” “No Brainer,” “Higher,” “Popstar,” “Greece,” “Every Chance I Get,” “Staying Alive,” and “Big Time,” and the promotional single “To the Max.” A resident of Miami, Florida, he was a host for Miami-based urban music radio station WEDR. He was a member of, and DJ for, hip-hop collective Terror Squad, which also included Fat Joe and Big Pun . His acting roles include the films Pitch Perfect 3 , The After Party , Spies in Disguise , Bad Boys for Life , and Bad Boys: Ride or Die . DJ Khaled was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Palestinian Muslim parents, his father from Mazra’a ash-Sharqiya, and his mother from Ramallah. His parents were musicians who played Arabic music. His brother, Alec Ledd (Alla Khaled), is an actor. He is married to Nicole Tuck, with whom he has two children. He is a practising Muslim.
