Dolly de Leon is a Filipino actress. Dolly is the daughter of Rosie, a professional bowler, who earned a team gold medal at the 1983 Southeast Asian Games, and Juan de Leon, Jr., an engineer. She has roots in Ilocos and Visayas. She has four children.

Dolly’s grandfather was opera singer Manuel Ellson Earnshaw (the son of Tomas Gavino Noguera Earnshaw and Maria Bacon Ellson). Tomas was born in Cavite, the son of Daniel Richard Earnshaw, who was from London, England; and of Gavina San Agustin Noguera.

Dolly’s maternal grandmother was Dolores Austria Aldeguer (the daughter of Ramon Aldeguer and Florentina Austria).
