Donald Tsang is a Hong Kong civil servant. He was Chief Executive of Hong Kong, from 21 June, 2005 to 30 June, 2012. He was also Secretary for the Treasury, from 7 May, 1993 to 31 March, 1995, Financial Secretary of Hong Kong, from 1 September, 1995 to 30 June, 1997, and again, from 1 July, 1997 to 30 April, 2001; and Chief Secretary for Administration, from 1 May, 2001 to 31 May, 2005.
His father, Tsang Wan, was an officer of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force. He is married to Selina Pou Siu-mei, with whom he has two children.
