Donna Mills is an American actress. Donna is the daughter of of Bernice and Ambrose Miller, a computer analyst for Union Oil. She was raised in Norwood Park. She has a daughter, who is adopted.
Donna’s paternal grandfather was George Miller (the son of Jacob Miller and Maria Catherine Schmitt). George was born in McHenry, Illinois. Jacob was a German emigrant, from Daun, Rhineland-Palatinate, the son of Johann Adam Müller and Magdalena Daubach. Donna’s great-grandmother Maria was also the daughter of German emigrants, from Mayen-Koblenz, Rhineland-Palatinate, Peter Schmitt and Katharina Justen.
Donna’s paternal grandmother was named Josephine Elizabeth Katherine Kimaier/Kiermaier. Josephine was born in New York, to German immigrants.
Donna’s maternal grandfather was Frank Linus Lantz (the son of Thure Linus Lantz and Mathilda Johannsen “Johnson”). Frank was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Swedish immigrants. Thure was from Borgunda, Skaraborg. Mathilda was from Gothenburg, Västra Götaland.
Donna’s maternal grandmother was Rosanna A. Norberg (the daughter of Carl Fritscheff/Frithiof “Fritz” Norberg and Hilda Sofia Nelson/Nilsson/Olausdotter). Rosanna was born in Illinois, to Swedish immigrants. Carl was born in Stockholm, the son of Anders Fredrik Norberg and Ebba Eleonora Nelson/Nilsson/Nilsdotter, who was from Kristdala, Kalmar.
