Drake Bell is an American actor, singer, songwriter, and musician. Slasher , Bad Kids of Crestview Academy , American Satan , and, in voice role, Tortoise vs. Hare , The Nutty Professor (2008), Birds of Paradise , A Monster Christmas , A Mouse Tale , The Reef 2: High Tide , The Frog Kingdom , Jungle Shuffle , and The Big Trip ; and the made-for-tv movies Perfect Game (2000), the A Fairly Odd franchise, and Rags . He is also known as Drake Campana, the Spanish word for Bell.
His mother is professional billiards player Robin Bell Dodson. His cousin is professional baseball player Heath Bell. He is married to Janet, with whom he has one child.
Drake’s paternal grandfather was James Wiley Bell, Jr. (the son of James Wiley Bell and Mary Linda Porter). Drake’s grandfather James was born in Maryland. Drake’s great-grandfather James was the son of Andrew Bell and Francine Dill. Mary was the daughter of Priestly Porter and Mary Susan Cain.
