Edmund Ho is a Macau politician. He has been Vice Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, since 13 March, 2010. He was previously Vice-President of the Legislative Assembly, from 10 November, 1988 to 20 December, 1999, Chief Executive of Macau, from 20 December, 1999 to 20 December, 2009, and Secretary for Transport and Public Works, from 6 December, 2006 to 14 February, 2007.
He is the son of Chinese-born businessman Ho Yin, of Panyu, Guangzhou, Guangdong, and of Chan Keng. He is married to Tatiana Lau.
Edmund’s paternal grandfather was named Ho Cheng-kai.
