Erika Kirk is an American businessperson, executive, and podcaster. She was Miss Arizona USA 2012. She was married to right-wing political activist, author, and media personality Charlie Kirk , until his death. She has been CEO of conservative non-profit organization Turning Point USA, since September 18, 2025; co-founded by Charlie.
Erika is the daughter of Lori and Kent Frantzve. She was raised mostly in Scottsdale, Arizona. Erika and Charlie have two children. She was raised Catholic.
Erika’s paternal grandfather was Carl/Karl Kenneth Frantzvé (the son of Carl Fridolf Frantzvé and Olga Valborg Eriksson). Erika’s grandfather Carl was born in Falun, Dalarna County, Sweden.
