Ezekiel Elliott is an American professional football player. A running back, he was with the Dallas Cowboys, the New England Patriots, and the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). He is nicknamed “Zeke.”
Ezekiel is the son of Dawn and Stacy Elliott. His father is the CEO of Fifth Down Enterprises, and was a linebacker for the Missouri football team. His mother was a high school sports state champion and ran track in college. His maternal uncle is Finnish basketball player Shawn Huff, of the Helsinki Seagulls. Ezekiel’s maternal grandfather is Robert Leon Huff (the son of Charles Huff and Anna Belle Johnson). Robert played basketball for Drake University. He is African-American. Charles was the son of Leviticus Huff and Lottie Wells.
Ezekiel’s maternal grandmother is named Patricia Stull (the daughter of Dorothy Ruth Stull). Patricia was born in Iowa, and is white. Dorothy was the daughter of John Stull and Grace Hickson, and was of German and English descent.
