Fiona is the daughter of Karin Britta Margareta, a journalist, and Greg FitzPatrick (Gregory Allan FitzPatrick), a musician. Her father is American, from Los Angeles, California. Her mother is Swedish.
Fiona’s paternal grandfather was James A. FitzPatrick (born James Anthony FitzPatrick, the son of Eugene J. Fitzpatrick and Josephine). Fiona’s grandfather James was born in Connecticut, to Irish parents. He was a prominent film producer and director.
Fiona’s paternal grandmother was Lesley Kirk Champlin (the daughter of Henry Clay Champlin and Lesley Mary Haskin). Henry was the son of Henry Clay Champlin and Susan Isabella Hyde.
