She is the daughter of actor and filmmaker Clint Eastwood (Clinton Eastwood) and actress Frances Fisher (Frances Louise Fisher). Among her half-siblings are actress and makeup artist Kimber Eastwood ; actress and filmmaker Alison Eastwood and jazz musician Kyle Eastwood ; actor Scott Eastwood ; and actress Morgan Eastwood . Francesca has two children, including a son with her former partner, trainer and actor Alexander Wraith.
Francesca’s father has English, Scottish, Irish, and smaller amounts of German, Scots-Irish/Northern Irish, Dutch, and Welsh, ancestry.
