Frank Thomas is an American professional baseball player. A designated hitter and first baseman, he played for the Chicago White Sox, the Oakland Athletics, and the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB). He is in the American Hall of Fame. He is nicknamed “The Big Hurt.”
