Goran Bregović is a Yugoslav musician. He is one of the most internationally known modern musicians and composers of the Balkans.

Goran is the son of Borka Perišić and Franjo Bregović. His father was Croatian, from Croatian Zagorje. His mother was Serbian, born in Virovitica, Croatia.
