She has two brothers, comic book writer Henry Abrams, who is older, and August, who is younger. Her aunt is screenwriter Tracy Rosen. Her father’s family is Jewish. Her mother’s background is Irish Catholic. Gracie was raised in Pacific Palisades.
Gracie’s paternal grandfather is Gerald W. Abrams (the son of Samuel David Abrams and Lillian/Lilian Kodish). Gerald was born in Pennsylvania, and was a television producer, who worked at CBS, and on many made-for-tv movies. Samuel was born in Łomża, Poland, the son of Harry Abrams and Fanny/Fannie.
