He previously wrestled with independent promotions worldwide, including Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw), Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), and Progress Wrestling; and with the WWE’s NXT UK brand, the primary NXT brand, and SmackDown. He has also been known as Big Daddy Walter, Big Van Walter, Herr Shark, Gha-Cha-Ping, WALTER, and Walter Hahn. He is 6′4″.
He is married to British professional wrestler Jinny (born Jinny Sandhú), with whom he has a son. Jinny is of Indian descent.
