Ian Gillan is a British singer, songwriter, and musician. He is the lead singer of the rock band Deep Purple.
Ian is the son of Audrey and William “Bill” Gillan. William was Scottish, from Glasgow. Audrey was English. He was married to Bron, until her death, with whom he has a daughter.
