Jakub Voráček is a Czech professional ice hockey player. A right wing, he played for HC Rabat Kladno, the Columbus Blue Jackets, and the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL), and HC Lev Praha of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL); he was also with the Czech Republic national team.
He has a son with his former partner Nicole Warnecke; and a son with his partner Markéta Burešová.
