Jane’s maternal grandfather was Arthur Sydney Eagleton (the son of Arthur Joseph Eagleton and Harriet Mahala Dingle). Jane’s great-grandfather Arthur was the son of William Eagleton and Elizabeth Southgate. Harriet was the daughter of James William Dingle and Matilda Browne.
Jane’s maternal grandmother was Vera Annie Barham (the daughter of Charles Barham and Mary). Charles was the son of George Barham and Sarah Gardener.
