Jay Gordon is an American singer and voice actor. He is the founder and singer of rock band Orgy. Ryan Shuck is also a member of the band. He was also a member of rock supergroup and side project The Wondergirls, with Ian Astbury, Shannon Leto , Mark McGrath , Shuck, and Scott Weiland . He is also known as Killowatt.
He is the son of Roberta and Louis Gordon. He is said to be of “Creole-French, Irish, African-American, Scottish, and Spanish” descent.
Jay’s paternal grandfather was named Charles Gordon. Charles was born in Texas.
Jay’s paternal grandmother was Helen Bell Hillstock (the daughter of Louis Hillstock and Ida Delafosse). Helen was born in Louisiana, and was of Louisiana Creole and African-American descent. Louis was the son of Frank Hillstock and Louisa/Lucindy Guillory. Ida was the daughter of Robert Delafosse and Mary Anne Coward.
