Joe DeLamielleure is an American professional football player. A guard, he played for the Buffalo Bills and the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL), and for the Charlotte Rage. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003.

Joe is the son of Sharon and Alphonse Joseph DeLamielleure.

Joe’s paternal grandfather was Joseph Constance DeLamielleure (the son of Alphonse Charles DeLamielleure and Laura L. Wallaert).
