Jonny Greenwood is an English musician, multi-instrumentalist, guitarist, and composer. He is the lead guitarist and keyboardist of rock band Radiohead. He often works on film scores. His brother is fellow band member Colin Greenwood. Thom Yorke is also a member of Radiohead. He has also been part of rock band The Smile, also with Yorke.
Jonny is the son of Benda and Raymond Greenwood, a British Army major, who was a bomb disposal expert.
Jonny is married to Israeli visual artist Sharona Katan/Shin Katan, with whom he has three children. He lives in England and Italy.
Jonny’s maternal grandfather’s surname was Baldry.
