Juhan Parts is an Estonian politician. He was Prime Minister of Estonia , from 10 April, 2003 to 12 April, 2005, Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications, from 5 April, 2007 to 26 March, 2014, and a Member of the European Court of Auditors for Estonia, from 1 January, 2017 to 31 December, 2022.
He is the son of Helga (Arbeiter) and Ülo Parts. He is maried to Daisy Tauk. He was previously married to judge Merle Mahlapuu. Juhan has four children.
