Karen Finney is an American political consultant and spokesperson. She works in the fields of political and communication strategy, and has appeared on MSNBC and CNN. She was the host of the show Disrupt with Karen Finney from 2013 to 2014.

Her father was a civil rights lawyer and her mother was a labour negotiator. In an article she wrote on The Huffintong Post, Karen described her experience as the daughter of an African-American father and a white mother, Mildred Lee. She has said that Confederate General Robert E. Lee was her maternal great-great-great-great uncle. Karen added that she is proud of her mixed heritage.
