It is not clear if she is related to actress and filmmaker Elizabeth Tabish .
Kayla’s paternal grandfather was William Joseph Tabish (the son of Joseph Alex Tabish and Sadie Viola Graham). Kayla’s great-grandfather Joseph was born in Syria/Lebanon, the son of Alexander Tabish and Annie. Sadie was the daughter of Charles Emerson Graham and Cora May Hill, who were both the children of Canadian parents.
Kayla’s paternal grandmother was Vera Iola Lindquist (the daughter of Chester Rudolph “Chet” Lindquist and Vera Iola Green). Vera was born in South Dakota, to parents from Iowa. Chester was the son of Swedish parents, Edward Lindquist and Anna Johnson. Vera was the daughter of Levi Marion Green and Olive Elizabeth Snyder.
