Ken Watanabe is a Japanese actor. He is known for his role in the film The Last Samurai , for which he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.

He has two children, including model, actress, and singer Anne Watanabe, with his former wife, Yumiko; and a son with his former wife, actress Kaho Minami. Anne is married to model and actor Masahiro Higashide.
