Kyliegh’s paternal grandfather was Kevin Edward Curran (the son of Morven Thomas Curran and Dorothy R. Bay). Kevin was born in Kansas City, Kansas. Morven was born in Sydney, Australia, the son of Edward James Curran, whose parents were Irish, and of Emmeline/Emaline Waddell. Dorothy was the daughter of Burt Rannels Bay and Bessie S. Ratliffe.
Kyliegh’s paternal grandmother was Mary Lewis Elliott (the daughter of Roy Stephen Elliott and Mildred Eileen Tuley). Mary was born in Hannibal, Missouri. Roy was the son of William Daniel Elliott and Dora May Wilson. Mildred was the daughter of Stephen Howard Tuley and Rachel Hartigan, and had Irish ancestry.
Kyliegh’s maternal grandfather is Whittington Bernard Johnson (the son of Joseph Blake Johnson and Lucille Marie Beatrice Bain). Whittington was born in Miami, Florida, to Bahamian parents, his father from Hatchet Bay, Eleuthera and his mother from Matthew Town, Inagua, Bahama Islands. Whittington is an esteemed writer and Professor Emeritus. Joseph was the son of James William Johnson. Lucille was the daughter of John Cornelous Bain.
