Lee Evans is a British film and television actor, musician, singer, writer, and stand-up comedian. His roles include the films Funny Bones , The Fifth Element , Mouse Hunt , There’s Something About Mary , The Ladies Man , The Medallion , and Freeze Frame , and television’s Dinotopia . He co-founded production company Little Mo Films.
Lee is the son of Shirley and David “Dave” Evans, who was a comedian, musician, and impressionist. His father was Welsh and his mother had Irish ancestry. The family moved to Essex during Lee’s childhood. He is married to Heather Nudds, with whom he has a daughter.
Lee’s maternal grandfather’s surname was Hunt.
