Lil Jon is an American rapper, songwriter, record producer, DJ, and actor. He was the frontman of rap group Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz. His songs include “Lovers and Friends,” “Get Low,” “Snap Yo Fingers,” and “Turn Down for What.” He appeared in the films Soul Plane , Boss’n Up , Date Movie , and Scary Movie 4 .
He had a son, Nathan (DJ Young Slade), with his wife Nicole; and has a son with his partner Jamila Sozahdah. Lil Jon is a convert to Islam.
