Linda Lavin was an American actress and singer. She was known for her roles on the series Rhoda , Barney Miller , Alice , Sean Saves the World , 9JKL , The Good Wife , and B Positive ; in the films The Muppets Take Manhattan , I Want to Go Home , See You in the Morning , and Being the Ricardos ; and in many works on stage, including having won a Tony for Broadway Bound .

Linda was the daughter of Lucille/Lucy and David Lavin. She was married to artist and musician Steve Bakunas, until her death.
