Lou Adler is an American record producer, music executive, talent manager, songwriter, film director, and film producer. He co-owns the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood, California, and executive produced the film The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975).
He is married to actress Page Hannah, whose sister is actress Daryl Hannah . He has a son with his former partner, Swedish actress Britt Ekland; a son, musician Cisco Adler , with his former partner Phyllis Somer; and four children with Page.
Lou’s paternal grandfather was named Samuel Adler.
Lou’s paternal grandmother was Rebecca Pincus (the daughter of Louis Pincus and Elka Kleinerman). Rebecca was born in Russia. Louis was the son of Moische Pincus and Ethel Klein. Elka was the daughter of Mandle Kleinerman and Mendle Hirsh.
