Machiko Soga was a Japanese actress and voice-over artist. She is known for playing the original Rita Repulsa on the series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers , from 1993 to 1994, and again in 2006. Her character was known as Bandora on the Japanese show Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger , from where the footage was taken. She was also known as Stella Soga (ステラ 曽我, Sutera Soga).
