Marcella Detroit is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist, who has lived in the U.K. She has been a member of alternative pop and rock musical duo Shakespears Sister, with Siobhan Fahey ; and Marcy Levy Band. She is also credited as Marcy Levy.
Marcella is married to British musician Lance Aston, with whom she has a son. Lance was a member of band Prima Donna, and is the brother of Jay Aston, of music group Bucks Fizz.
Marcella’s maternal grandfather was named Max Berger. Max was born in Poland.
